The community fall prevention screening event at Congregation Beth Emeth is just around the corner.

Just as a reminder:
On March 17th we will hold two fall prevention workshop and screening events; one at 1 pm and the other at 6:30 pm.
The workshops and screenings are both free. We will follow these workshops with a series of fall prevention
classes at Beth Emeth. There will be an Otago style fall prevention and balance class as well as a Moving for Better Balance
class; a Tai Chi evidence-based fall prevention program.

The cost for each class is $10 per person. All of the Beth Emeth events are open to the general public.
